Returns Policy
We offer replacements or store credit for defective or damaged items within 72 hours (3 days) from the date of delivery. If this period has passed, you will not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
In order to become eligible for a return:
(i) The item must be unused and in its original packaging including the jewelry box.
(ii) Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or replacement.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for non-defective products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or opt for store credit.

Certain product categories may be exempted from returns or refunds, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
For approved requests, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If the item passes our quality check, we will process your request in accordance with our policies.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
This cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
(i) Cancellation Requests:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within a few hours of placing the order. However, a cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
(ii) Damaged or Defective Items:
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the issue at their end. This should be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt of the product. If it is found that the damage was intentional, the return request will be denied, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the item. The item will be sent back to the customer.
(iii) Product Not as Expected:
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the product. The customer service team will take an appropriate decision after reviewing your complaint.
(iv) Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers any defects in the plating under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered?
- Any defects in the plating due to manufacturing issues.
- If a plating defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
- Discoloration due to plating issues is eligible for exchange within one year from the date of purchase.
Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches and tarnishing, is not covered.
- Loss or theft of the item is not covered.
- Unlimited exchanges or returns for wear and tear damage are not provided.
- Shipping costs for warranty claims must be covered by the customer.
How to Claim Warranty Service:
- To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue.
- If the item is found to have a defect in the plating, we will repair or replace it and send it back to you at no additional cost.
Additional Information:
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Ship the item to us at your own expense for inspection.
- Any repairs or modifications made by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
(v) Return & Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Returns:
- We do not offer exchanges or returns for non-defective items. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement for the same item (subject to availability) or opt for store credit. Contact our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery to initiate this process. Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unused, and with the jewelry storage box included.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and detailed return instructions.
- Returns are picked up free of charge.
Store Credit & Refunds:
- Eligible returns will be refunded as a gift card that can be used on our website. If approved, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
- The gift card is valid for the lifetime of the company and can be gifted or transferred.
- Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
Exclusions:
- Items marked as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE SALE, customized pieces, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or store credit.
Missing or Used Items:
- If any returned items are found used or missing, Emoy reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the store credit.
