Orders placed on Emoy are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post only. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the estimated delivery timeline agreed at the time of purchase. The delivery timeframe is typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location and courier service availability once shipped.
Emoy shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier service, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address or any other details cannot be modified.
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Delivery confirmation will be sent to the registered email ID once the order has been dispatched.
